Main Street Warsaw is excited to host the June 13^th Community Exchange. Attendees will learn about creating strategic plans from hosting a board retreat and public open house, building partnerships to fund the plan and creating excitement through a plan launch event. The agenda will also include how to pursue cultural district development and branding as a key revitalization strategy and how events can help your brand and businesses. Enjoy donuts and coffee when you arrive and a catered lunch as attendees provide an update on the revitalization work in their communities. The exchange concludes with a tour of downtown and performances spaces Main Street Warsaw is targeting for redevelopment as part of their cultural district development plan. Registration is only $30.
