Job Description

Do you have experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues and enjoy providing prompt friendly service to your clients? Do you want to work for a company that cares about your future? As a Help Desk Technician located in Warsaw, Indiana, you will:

  • Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email and chat requests concerning software, hardware and user security
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service while providing support to clients
  • Log and take ownership of all support tickets
  • Work through diagnostic checklists during first line support and make appropriate escalation recommendations


Basic Qualifications Include:  

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, or computer related banking regulations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server/Windows Operating Systems
  • Microsoft/Vender Certification preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; One to two years related experience or training preferred


Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00
