Kosciusko Human Resources Association (KHRA) will host a HR Professional Appreciation Breakfast on Friday, April 23, 2021. 2020 was a challenging year for many HR Professionals as they faced uncertainties related to COVID including shutdowns, policy changes, remote workplaces, and much more. KHRA recognizes those challenges and appreciates all the work that HR Professionals put forth throughout the year. Now it is time to reset, refocus, and renew for 2021 by setting HR Professionals up for a year of success. KHRA invites all HR Professionals and/or leaders dealing with employees to register for the upcoming event with special guest speaker, Julie Kelch with Bowen Center. Julie will speak to “Coping with Change, Managing Change, and Virtual Fatigue” throughout the morning, while we celebrate the successes from the previous year. The Workforce Recovery Committee in collaboration with the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce and Live Well Kosciusko are gracious to provide HR Professionals with an appreciation gift for all the hard work and dedication that has been exhibited during the previous year, which will be given at the event.
The event is free for members of KHRA and $40 for non-members. Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. at the Tippe River Downs Clubhouse followed by breakfast and our special guest speaker. The event is expected to end at 11:00 a.m. Seating is limited due to social distancing. KHRA will follow all CDC guidelines required by the State of Indiana and the hosting facility at the time of the event. If you are interested in membership with KHRA, visit khrashrm.org for more information. All interested in attending the event, please register no later than Monday, April 19 by visiting the KHRA website.
